In 2009, in order to keep her apartment in Calgary, during and after her illness, Debra became certified and worked as a floral designer. Can you imagine, someone buys varieties of fragrant flowers from all over the world and you get to choose the textures, colour palette and style according to your clients and your own whimsy. Breeze was in heaven! She continued to gift bouquets for weddings and birthdays.
